  • Your pin number should be the last four digits of the phone number we have on file. If you need to reset it, please call us at 920-892-4416.
  • Type in your library barcode number with no spaces. Make sure you type the correct number of zeros.
  • You may need to update your account with the library. We check contact information every 18 months and cards expire every three years. Please call us at 920-892-4416 if you continue to have trouble.
  • You may have a fine on your account. Click here for information on how to manage your account and how to pay a fine.
