Get a Library Card

Anyone living in Dodge, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, or Washington county can get a library card. All you need to bring to the library is a photo id and something containing your current address (lease, mail, checkbook, etc.…).

If your Driver’s License has your current address, that is all you need! If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian will need to be present to sign the registration form and provide their photo ID. Click here to start your library card registration online.  Library cards can be used at any of the libraries in the Monarch Library System.
