Library Community Survey

The Plymouth Public Library is developing a new strategic plan for library services.  Your input is vital to helping the library shape its services to meet the needs of all residents in the Plymouth area. The survey linked below will ask you some questions about your usage of, perception of, and ideas for the Plymouth Public Library.  The survey should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete.

When you complete the survey, you will have an opportunity to give the library your email address or phone number to be entered in a drawing to  win one of five $10 Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Checks! This information is for drawing purposes only.
