Board of Appeals

The responsibilities of the Board of Appeals include, but are not limited to, hearing and deciding zoning appeals with regard to administrative determinations, special exceptions, and variances.

The Board is comprised of five members, appointed by the Mayor for three year terms of office, subject to approval by the Common Council.

Meetings are held as needed on the first Thursday of the month at 5 pm.
