Revolving Loan Fund Committee

It shall be the function of the Committee to make recommendation to the Common Council regarding the program administration and implementation of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Revolving Loan Fund program and the USDA Rural Development Revolving Loan Fund program. 

The Committee consists of the Mayor, one Alderperson, an RDA member, a non-voting representative of City staff, selected annually, and four citizen members with terms of three years.
