A FREE reading program for 1st through 5th graders inspired by collectible trading cards such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic the Gathering.

From September to April, spend time reading in order to collect your very own mythical creature cards!

2nd Tuesday of the month from 4:30-5:30 PM.
2nd Wednesday of the month from 4:30-5:30 PM.

3rd Tuesday of the month from 5:30-6:30 PM.
3rd Wednesday of the month from 5:30-6:30 PM.

Tiny Tots Play Group

Brought to you by the Family Resource Center of Sheboygan!

Free program for ages 0-3 that occurs every 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month from 9:30 - 10:30 am!

Tiny Tots Play Groups offer an unstructured play experience for children and parents/caregivers. We have the space and the toys, you bring the littles!

Snack will be provided to take home after play time.

All Ages Game Night

Are you a board game lover? Want to play a familiar classic or learn a new game? This event is for you! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to Game Night at the library. Games will be provided. Children younger than 10 need to be accompanied by a caregiver.

Sci-Fi & Fantasy Book Club Meetings are monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month in the main floor meeting room at 6 pm.

Teen Gaming Hour For ages 10-19 We meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month in the main floor meeting room from 3 -5 pm.

"Switch" up your after school activities!

Come to our meeting room to play some games on our Nintendo Switch or bring your own to play with friends. If video games aren't you thing, we do have a selection of card and board games for you to use.

Manga Book Club For ages 12-18 We meet every 3rd Tuesday of the month in the main floor meeting room from 4 -5 pm.

Do you want to read and talk about manga and anime with friends and fellow manga lovers? Join our manga book club where we will read a few volumes of manga a month.

Yoga For Everyone For All Ages We meet every 4th Monday of the month in the main floor meeting room from 6 pm.

Have you thought that Yoga isn't for you?

Think again! Certified Yoga Instructor, Tanya Williamson, will show everyone how the practice of Yoga can work for them.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not, one will be provided.

Reading Dragon Monthly Meet-Up

Join us in the library's meeting room to play games with fellow Dragon Trainers, eat snacks, and socialize. Meet-ups take place every 4th Thursday of the month.

(No Meet-Ups in November and December 2024 due to holidays)

Dice Quest For ages 14 and up
We meet every 4th Tuesday of the month in the main floor meeting room at 4 pm.

Current campaign: Magical School themed

Join us as you and others go on fantastic adventures in our monthly RPG group. Come with your imagination and have fun!

Dice, notepads, and pencils will be provided.

Spice of the Month

We give you a sample of a spice, and some recipes you can try it in.

Some months may be a spice you have tried before. Others may be new to you.

On the first of every month we will have new spice kits available.

Pick up anytime throughout the month, while supplies last.
